|1. Two words: Portabello Pizzas. Cara is a genius. Portabello caps with a little olive oil as the "crust" topped with tomato sauce, garlic, cheese and whatever your favorite pizza toppings. Bake until cheese has melted and broil to brown the top. Awesomeness.|
