We are not aware of any Federal and/or state government permits or laws pertaining to hunting dinosaurs, mastodons, dodo birds, and the like, with the use of a time machine. However, obtaining the information you seek will require further research on your part.
I've asked a few more questions. Hopefully they'll be answered in the days to come. |
