In order to protect our viewers with a sensitive stomach, I won't put up the pictures of the skinning process, and I didn't get pictures of the quartering and butchering. However, we did muddle through those steps and ended up with some good,lean meat.
Probably for the best. Someone who knows what they're doing might come along and chastise us for our many stupid mistakes.
