$1,000,000,000.00 deficit and they're looking to buy MP3 players for school kids. Um ... why? We're not even talking laptops so the kids can look like they're learning while they play solitaire. We're talking about MP3 players that these kids will use to listen to the rock and or roll and the hippity hop music that is so popular these days.
Do these politicians seriously believe that kids will use them to listen to lectures on their free time? Bollocks.
